Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy
All products sold on farmskenko.com are food items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in the following circumstances only:
- The product arrived damaged in transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
How to raise a claim
Email us at farmskenko@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.
- A brief description of the issue.
Claims raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Resolution
Once we verify your claim, we will arrange one of the following within 2 business days:
- A replacement of the same product shipped at no cost to you.
- A full refund to your original payment method, if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products where the issue was reported after 5 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Change of mind purchases.
