Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy

All products sold on farmskenko.com are food items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in the following circumstances only:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

How to raise a claim

Email us at farmskenko@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Claims raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Resolution

Once we verify your claim, we will arrange one of the following within 2 business days:

  • A replacement of the same product shipped at no cost to you.
  • A full refund to your original payment method, if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products where the issue was reported after 5 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Change of mind purchases.
