Small-batch dragées made by Sakina Mala Real Chocolate in Mahabaleshwar. Whole hazelnuts at the centre — the texture tells you immediately that there’s an actual nut inside, not a compressed fragment. The chocolate is rich and not overly sweet, the way dark chocolate behaves when it’s from a good source.
The result is something you eat one of, pause, and then eat three more without quite deciding to. We have heard this from enough customers that we’ve stopped being surprised by it.
No palm oil. No artificial flavours. No fillers. The chocolate leads. The hazelnut follows. Nothing else is needed.
